Desiréd Aesthetics was inspired and founded by Desirée Martinez, RN, BSN, CANS. Desirée is a sought-after facial rejuvenation artist well-known for her stunning before and after transformations on her Instagram account, @desiredinjector. With over ten years of experience and a genuine desire to see her clients live empowered, confident lives, Desirée’s artistic outlook combined with her precise approach gives the best results. Her hand-picked Desiréd Aesthetics dream team has all been trained by Desirée, ensuring that her advanced aesthetic techniques are available to all Desiréd Aesthetics clients.
Desirée received her bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) from the University of Illinois at Chicago, and also received her Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) certification through the American Society of Plastic Surgical Nurses (ASPSN). Her experience in the aesthetics field has developed extensive product knowledge and unique treatment techniques, which she combines with superior attention to detail to deliver unparalleled results. An ardent believer in continuous education, Desirée has received—and continues to receive and facilitate extensive training in aesthetic medicine, allowing her to remain at the forefront of the most effective technologies and cosmetic treatments. As a well-known expert injector in the aesthetics field, Desirée regularly trains physicians, nurses, and other medical professionals in advanced cosmetic injection techniques.

Chicago area board-certified plastic surgeon, Robert Paresi MD, combines years of experience, an artistic eye for perfection, and an unrelenting compassion to create an outstanding patient experience, and exceptional results. Known for his friendly demeanor and professional rapport with patients, Dr. Paresi is truly passionate about plastic surgery. He works closely with his patients in the greater Chicago area to evaluate their specific needs and desires, and develops the most appropriate course of treatment. Whether he is performing missionary work overseas, presenting in front of other surgeons, or publishing invaluable articles relating to plastic surgery, he exemplifies the best of what plastic surgery has to offer.

Dr. Rosett grew up in Highland Park, Illinois, and then attended Washington University in St Louis, Missouri, for his undergraduate education. Thereafter, he matriculated at Rush University in Chicago for medical school, followed by five years of general surgery residency at Wayne State University at the Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, Michigan. He then returned to Chicago for his plastic surgery residency at the University of Illinois under the guidance of Dr. Mimis Cohen. There he learned the fundamentals of plastic surgery and developed a keen interest in skin and breast cancer treatment.
Thereafter, Dr. Rosett completed two advanced fellowships in aesthetic face, breast, and body surgery in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Rosett was fortunate to have learned from some of Beverly Hills leaders in aesthetic surgery through his breast and body fellowship at the Beverly Hills Physicians practice. He then studied under Dr. Ben Talei, a world-renowned aesthetic facial plastic surgeon focusing on non-surgical and surgical facial aesthetics. Dr. Rosett brings many of the field’s newest techniques back to Chicago, including advanced facial aesthetics such as the lip lift.

Tanya is also a laser specialist and trainer, with extensive expertise across various laser technologies. She specializes in cutting-edge treatments such as Sofwave, BBL, Moxi, and Sylfirm, offering non-invasive solutions for skin rejuvenation, tightening, and correction.
Known for her expertise and meticulous approach, Tanya believes that great skin starts with education and a customized plan. She works closely with clients to understand their skincare goals and provides results-driven solutions using the latest aesthetic technology and medical-grade skincare.
